    • You are not engaged in impersonation of any person or entity

    ALL SECURITY MEASURES IMPLEMENTED TO PROTECT USER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS-IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES THAT SUCH SECURITY MEASURES WILL SUCCESSFULLY PREVENT OR WITHSTAND ATTEMPTS TO CIRCUMVENT SECURITY MECHANISMS.

    Notwithstanding our implementation of industry-standard security measures, the Company cannot and does not guarantee absolute protection from unauthorized access to or use of your content by third parties. You acknowledge and accept that:

    • No security system is completely impervious to breach
    • Content may be subject to unauthorized access, use, or disclosure
    • The Company cannot control or prevent all third-party actions
    • You assume all risks associated with content upload and storage

    To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you hereby release and forever waive any and all claims you may have against for any unauthorized copying, distribution, or usage of your content, under any legal theory whatsoever.
